I help companies create momentum – both strategically and operationally. Here is a selection of assignments where I have created valuable results:

Business strategy and growth

Developed a complete business plan for a trading company together with the owner. Focused on distribution of a key product, which accounted for 80% of the company's revenue. The agreement with the manufacturer was successfully implemented, and the product is still the company's best-selling product.
Project management and follow-up

Helping the management to introduce a pension and health insurance. My role was that as the management's right hand I was responsible for all the practical tasks with information and meetings with the pension advisor. A major challenge was that approximately 2/3 of the staff were foreign employees who knew nothing about the “Danish model”. The scheme has been introduced and all employees are now covered by pension and health insurance plan.
Streamlining freight and logistics

Advised and coached the company through a comprehensive freight and logistics offering. By identifying the right suppliers and choosing the optimal solution, the company achieved annual savings of more than 30%
